Angel in disguise !

Rachael's passionate and lifelong vision to aid those precious young eyes in need, emanates from her daily walk in life by every imaginable means. Her charismatic love for life, God and those around her, is immediately realized when you meet this incredible woman. I am absolutely amazed at her unfaltering vigor and compasionate heart to help those who are in need.

Please join in whatever means possible by assisting Rachael in seeking donations to help fund the necessary equipment that can improve the daily life of these precious youngsters. Help give them the vision to see the beautiful wonders of this world that we all share and experience each and every day.

rachael's passion results from her past experience .

had a foundation such as marco eyeland eradicate lazy eye existed during my early childhood development years my many heartaches of finding myself on the operation table being sujected to 8 unsuccessful attempts to correct my eyes from crossing would not have taken placel that is why, Rachael, studied orthoptics under the mentorship of our world reknown and beloved Dr. Walter B. Lancaster (father of our now world famous American association of Certified Orthotists) thanks to his "awesome mentorship and true words of knowledge which i wish to quote herewith:

I have been adjusting extra ocular eye muscles for many years and been so disappointed that the eye deviations (much to the disappointment of my patients as well as myself ) re turned. I know there is more than adjusting eye muscles to rehbilitate binocular vision that eye muscle surgery and that is why i would like to encourage you to work hard and study to become a cetified orthoptist and allow your future patients to benefit from "Orthopic therapy" which will re educate their pliable brains to learn to accept two equal images and mentally blend (or fuse) them into one image which they will perceive with depth.
the rest of the story is now history as i now (during my retiremet years) am enjoyng practicing "prevention of blindness' and advocating "earyl detection and early correction of all problems of the neuro-visual system which places childrenat risk of developing amblyopia and consequently does not allow them to enjoy the normal development of the god given gift of Binocular vision which adds depth to life
with much gratitude to vision training and/or orthoptic therapy by our many competent orthoptists and developmental optometrists who devote their skills and knowledte to our precious bundles of joy who are now being challenged with lack of efficient and comfortable binocular vision i remain

most gratedul and thankful
