please access www.infantSee and witness ex president Carter advocating Free comprehensive eye exams for all 6 month to 1 year old infants in oder to detect any obstables such as an eye muscle imbalance and/or a refractive error in one eye which is much greater in the opposite eye (thereby presenting the brain with one clear image and one blurred image). both of these obstables (if left uncorrected by eye muscle surgery or prescribing corrective lenses to equalize the images ) would definitely prevent the normal god given gift of "binocular Vision" developing. and allow the individual to live out his life with "depth perception"
